9 years ago (as of 2020) Gabriel was 14 years of age and was home for summer vacation. He and his younger cousin were very close and was always together. One day as they were playing the playstation 2 his cousin said he had to leave to go get a haircut, Gabe was upset because he was grounded at the time and could not leave, so he told his cousin “I know how to cut hair” needless to say he certainly didn't… After a long service using a pair of family dollar clippers (that had a broken blade as well as only a #1 and #4 guard) his mother used on him growing up, he was finally done. Despite it being an awful haircut his cousin was happy and was smiling ! This did something to Gabe. He was so happy to see someone else smiling after a haircut. And from that day on Gabe was in love with cutting hair. He set out from a young age to be a Master Barber, calling the barber schools at the age of 15 reaching out for information on how to become a Master barber. And at the age of 19 he became a licensed Master barber and opened up two barbershops within 1 year.
